I am sure you want to know if you can rely on Pos Malaysia, so far I have not get any problem until my parcels are missing. Well I head to the post office on 3rd Dec morning and there is not many customer at carrefour subang jaya. I think the clerk forgot to key in the data of my register post that is why my clients are not able to track them.
I have personally head to the SS15 post office which is the biggest one you can spot near the colleges. Anyway I was ask to fill up the forms. It is form R & P 67, I did and even scan the registered post to them. But there is still no feedback from them.
